Even after the utmost and stringent care concerning quality control measures, with the nature of hand made and laid items, sometimes they may have very very small or a slight inconsistency in either the carbon fiber weave, epoxy finish or slight bubble or bump in the vinyl decal. Some very minute defects can happen and should be deemed as acceptable to a degree. Sometimes it's out of our control if a small bubble forms after the decal application when its on the way to its new owner. Correction might be as easy as pressing down gently with a finger.  Also issues may be relative to weather, hot, cold, humid and dry during the shipping process and can all have an ill effect on certain aspects. I have always and always will work with my customers to make sure they get what they pay a premium for and I also expect that when I buy products myself.
